Zotefoams to acquire Mucell Extrusion

Trexel is selling its share to focus its efforts on the accelerating growth of its MuCell moulding business and also expand into blow moulding. Trexel and MuCell Extrusion were not aligned with the business model since Trexel focused on system sales and field-based applications, primarily in injection moulding, and MuCell Extrusion was selling licenses for specialised extrusion foaming applications.
