DTS offers world’s mini plastics blow moulding machine

Indian blow moulding manufacturer, Dave Technical Services (DTS) has introduced what it says to be the World’s Mini and Power Efficient Blow Moulding Machine that takes Less floor space with lower power consumption for blow moulders

The company’s Mini Blow Moulding Machine model DI 100 provides good quality product, fast production and reliability with flexibility to produce wide range of products on the same machine. It offers fast production at reasonably low power consumption and requires very small space than any machine available in the industry. “The mini Blow machine is very simple to operate; user friendly (eliminates high skilled operators) and compact. It can produce products from 0.5 ml onwards to 200 ml capacity as per model. “ says DTS, adding that the machine is also most suitable for development and production of critical blown products not economical on other machines.

The pneumatically operated machine won the Plasticon Award conferred by Plastindia Foundation, recognising the company’s development of an Innovative technology that is suitable for commercial productions and operation in rural areas, and thus promoting self-employment. The machine has also received the Recognition of Excellence in 2010 from the Institute of Packaging Machinery manufacturers of India (IPMMI) in the Machinery for Package Conversion category.

DTS says that the machine model is adapted to operate on both single as well as three (3) phases making it convenient to be installed even in rural areas. It is available in 50, 100 adnd 200 ml models and also in Screw-type models in 250ml, 500ml, 1, 2 and 3 l capacities. Machines are suitable to process polymers like LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE, Polypropylene, PS, HIPS, EVA, etc.

The machine model is supplied to CIPET (Central Institute of Plastic Engineering and Technology) Bhopal, IIT(Indian Institute Of Technology) Delhi, ICT (Institute of Chemical Technology) earlier UDCT and also exported to USA and other countries. It is also displayed at Nehru Centre, Mumbai by IPCL (now RIL - Reliance Industries Ltd).

The machine’s applications cover the sectors of Pharmaceutical, Cosmetic, Medical, Chemicals, Oral Care, pesticides, Agrochemicals, Veterinary Products and Others.
