A home for machine tools
Indian extrusion machinery supplier Rajoo Engineers has inaugurated a tool shop, which it calls Shree Yantralaya (a Sanskrit phrase meaning abode for tools dedicated to the Lord) at its Rajkot facility.
The tooling facility, with a controlled and dust-free environment, is equipped with Taiwanese companies Feeler and You Ji’s CNC turning lathes, France-based Huron’s double column vertical machining and three-axis high-speed milling machines and Germany-based Jetline’s water jet cutting machine. It also has a Spanish CNC smart turn lathe supplied by Pinachio.
Rajoo also says that 90% of the hot parts and air ring components of the machines it builds will now be CNC-machined resulting in a higher repeat accuracy, quick turn around time and easy replaceability of components.
