Chinaplas organiser doubles efforts to boost visitorship
In view of the economic slowdown, the organiser of this year’s edition of Chinaplas, to be held in Guangzhou from 18-21 May, says that it is allocating more resources towards its visitor promotion programme. According to Adsale Exhibition Services, “only strong enterprises can survive, therefore, the organiser, exhibitors and buyers need to grasp the opportunities to strengthen their business and prepare for the next golden opportunity.”
Its promotion campaigns, aimed at strengthening visitorship, include placement of year-round advertisements and editorials in over 200 trade magazines, banner advertisements in nearly 100 local and overseas trade websites as well as TV commercials. Other plans include participating in conferences, a VIP Buyer Program for large-scale enterprises, including free accommodation, free admission and a complimentary copy of show catalogue.
The organiser also says that Chinaplas 2009 is expected to break its own record with a 37% increase of exhibitor space to 140,000 sq m.
Visitors who pre-register at www.ChinaplasOnline.com will enjoy free admission (waiver of the RMB20 admission fee) and other benefits. For more show information, please visit the official website www.ChinaplasOnline.com
